I am plant focused, not vegan and while I believe eating less meat is a good choice for our personal and environmental health, I also understand that there is no one diet that fits all. My meal plans cater to FODMAP, paleo, postpartum, vegan athletes, celiac and more!

Whether you have a health condition, dietary constraints/ food intolerances, want to gain or lose weight, want to reduce inflammation or simply need help with your busy life.
My plans have a grocery list, calorie and nutrient breakdown and easy to follow recipe instructions.

We will schedule an introduction call and I will send an intake form to get all the details needed to customize your meal plan.
You can choose a weekly service or a one time event.
We will schedule your service day and I will send your menu a few days before for approval.
I can send a grocery list for you to shop or I can shop for you. A deposit is required up front.
On the day of service, I will arrive at your home and spend the day creating delicious meals for you to enjoy throughout the week.
My service fee starts at $300 per week.
This is best discussed over the phone to determine your needs after which I will be able to provide an accurate quote.
The fee is calculated by how many meals/ portions are required, the complexity of the dishes I'm preparing, whether or not I'm shopping for groceries, and your location.
* Groceries are not included in the service fee

No Problem! I work with all types of diets.
I am your personal chef, a registered holistic nutritionist and certified plant based cook. While I do cook meat, my intention is to focus on plants in order to fuel the gut with the fiber, micronutrients and antioxidants necessary for the microbiome to re-balance all systems of the body.
I understand that we are all unique so I'll meet you where you are at and provide nutritious food that works for you!
